Congratulations to William V. D’Antonio, Ph.D., who was awarded the Father Louis J. Luzbetak Award for Exemplary Church Service from the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA). Bishop Gerald Kicanas made the presentation. This is the second time this year Bill has been recognized for his lifetime achievements in the sociology of religion. In April, the University of Notre Dame established the William D’Antonio Award in his honor at the Center for the Study of Religion and Society.
