Robert D. Duggan, S.T.D.

Robert Duggan (S.T.D., Catholic University of America) has lectured and published widely in the areas of pastoral theology and liturgical-sacramental renewal for more than three decades. He has been active both nationally and internationally in the implementation of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and in numerous continuing clergy education programs. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the Catholic University of America, Washington Theological Union, The Pontifical Gregorian University, and the University of Notre Dame.
At present Dr. Duggan is working as an executive coach and organizational development consultant, with a particular focus on the application of Bowen Family Systems Theory to various leadership contexts. His most recent book (with Jim Moyer) is Resilient Leadership: A New Way of Seeing, Thinking, Leading (Infinity Publishing, 2009).
